From the beginning when property maintenance was a unknown industry, Spring Grove was changing the industry with the power of ideas.

We have always had the ability to imagine, and have sought to employ people who recognise their responsibility to care about how we professionally deliver our services, bring about change where change is due, and innovate at every opportunity.


We believe another person’s problem, whether it's managing their property or arranging for a repair, is our opportunity to improve and demonstrate our service.

This has resulted in a range of
quality services for customers which we all continue to strive to develop and deliver in our quest to provide the best value and complete range of services in property management. In turn our business recognises that the key to our future business success are our people, therefore we constantly review how we work with our colleagues, investing in training and support to help them grow in their roles and further their career opportunities.

Our success as a Property Maintenance Service is directly linked to the way our trade staffs looks after our customers. With the vast majority of our team employed in customer facing roles, Spring Grove are acutely aware of the heavy reliance we place on our people for our continued success.

We provide training and support for personal development across many areas of our business, and are continually looking at ways to improve and build up on the existing programs and training.


Our Attitude to the Environment goes without saying that Spring Grove strive to carry out our services to the highest possible standards. This means maintaining our properties in a way that minimises the impact on the environment. We recognise that our day-to-day operations may impact indirectly on the environment in a number of ways, which is why we constantly review our working practices and maintain awareness of environmental legislation and best practice guidelines.

We integrate environmental considerations into our business decisions - and at grass roots level we adopt greener alternatives where possible. This includes anything from the products used by our cleaners to the minimisation of waste within our own offices.
