We are regularly seeking experienced staff, in the following categories, to join our successful teams based at our local units:

Contract Managers
Works Managers
Surveyors/Inspectors
Office Administrators

Maintenance Operatives with relevant trade experience
Maintenance Operatives may be employed directly but there is work available on a self-employed / CIS basis if preferred. As regards pay, we reward good performance and hard work: well organised individuals can expect to earn at the highest levels in this type of business.

Many of our most successful employees come from diverse backgrounds. It is important that you have the right aptitudes and attitude. We would like to hear from you if you have strengths in some or all of the following:

A track record of competence in a trade or occupation, preferably more than one, or a willingness
.. to learn
Respect for customers and being aware of the requirements when working in people's homes
Knowledge or experience of social rented housing sector - Councils or Housing Associations
A commitment to producing quality work within a remuneration system which rewards good
.. performance
We are interested in anyone with ability, qualifications or experience in building or technical trades (e.g. plumbers, carpenters, bricklayers, electricians), especially multi-skilled people who have had experience in more than one trade. Training and Prospects
All Spring Groves employees receive induction and refresher training. We participate in the CITB Construction Skills Certification Scheme.

Our successful expansion means there are regular opportunities for promotion into supervisory/management roles for those with the relevant aptitude and skills.
