November 2005	Erinaceous Group plc acquires Mount Street Holdings plc Mount Street Holdings and its UK property services subsidiaries, which include CPM Residential Property Management, CPAM Commercial Property Management, Vita Insurance and Spring Grove Property Maintenance, have been sold to the quoted property group Erinaceous for up to £56m.
April 2005	Spring Grove acquires maintenance contractors Salisbury's Ltd Social Housing specialists Spring Grove Property Maintenance plc, part of the UK's fastest growing property management group Mount Street Holdings, has acquired the maintenance business of Salisbury Ltd, which supplies maintenance services to a number of London rsl's.
