Tenant Focus
We never lose sight of the fact that
we are working in other people’s homes — we
always put ourselves in the position of our tenants and
extend the same courtesy as we would expect if work was
being carried out in our own homes.
It is imperative to the success of our projects that the
tenants are working with us and not against us, and we
aim to make the local community feel involved and a part
of the team.
Utilising our dedicated Tenant Liaison Officers, we assess
each project to ensure our customer procedures are appropriate
and will therefore meet the needs of the tenants for whom
we are working.
Tenant Choice can incorporate a number
of approved packages; perhaps for bathrooms and kitchens,
including options for wall tiles, flooring and paint colours.
To keep tenants informed, we prepare regular newsletters
or – if appropriate – write a column in our
Client publications. We aim to make any communication
sent to tenants meaningful and informative, using large
print and with translations if appropriate.
