WRHA is a medium sized HA who specialise in meeting the housing needs of local communities, a caring HA who knows it's residents by name, so it was with a great deal of sadness that one resident found dealing with every day issues to much to cope with, the property fell in to disrepair to such an extent it needed complete refurbishment, Spring Grove were selected as the prefered partner to undertake this demanding task, as they had the complete profile of resources able to deal such a challenge, the Housing Manager brief was direct but to the point, "make it a home you would want to live".
