Sanctuary Housing working with ATP consultants are currently working on a kitchen and bathroom programme with Spring Grove Planned and Projects Division involving 50 homes, each property along with replacement kitchens is also having a complete rewire to ensure the current regulations are met in full, the works are partially difficult due to the presence of asbestos within the ceilings, so all chases are along the walls, after each completion of kitchens we also carry out in most cases a full decoration, the extent of the work needs to be closely managed, excellent relations between the resident, client and consultant are essential to the success of this and many other projects.
