This project involves
working with A2 Housing Group on a Kitchen and Bathroom
re-fit programme covering over 100 properties. The sites
are all in the Ashford, Stanwell, Staines area and are
all occupied. The majority of the residents are elderly
and we are providing a complete service including Resident
/ Trade liaison along with a full decant programme which
allows residents who are having extensive work to be
temporarily relocated avoiding unnecessary up-set during
the re-fit period.
The contract is over 6 months
and has a value of £850,000.00

"Spring Grove were very
helpful through out the whole works, the standard
of work is very good and lovely quality, the team
on site and those doing the works were all very
supportive. The temporary move in to another property
whilst the works were carried out went very well,
the resident liaison team were also very supportive
and understanding. Overall I am very pleased with
all the works, they will be missed when they leave
