Resident liasion today means more than meeting KPI's at Spring Grove and after 12 years of working with our residents we feel happy in the knowledge that we make a difference. One such example is on a current scheme were we are working with both the ederly and young, each having different needs but each as important to each other. Our approach to resident liasion is unique, we not only have Resident Liasion but Trade Liasion this unique mix not only meets the needs of a chat and a cup of tea, but makes sure the towel rail is where it is needed, as each resident needs are different. An essiential part of this team is our dedicated Liasion unit, totaly mobile taking the team to where they are needed most, with the residents.

WHAT DO RESIDENTS SAY "Spring Grove have made us feel safe and part of the project, they take care of all our needs and nothing has been to much trouble, they will be missed when they go, we only hope they return again. Its been a pleasure to have them around us"
